Sports Day – Friday 23rd May 

We’re excited to invite parents to join us for the morning of our Sports Day to cheer on their children and to take part in a family picnic on Friday 23rd May. 

The event will take place on the school field and will include a range of fun activities and races for all year groups. 

9.30am: Gates will open. Please sit in the designated area. 

9.45am: Children will join events with their classes. 

12pm: Races will finish and the winners announced! Children will then go back into their classrooms to wash their hands. They will come back out to join you for a picnic lunch. 

1.15pm - Picnic lunch finishes. Children will return back to class. Parents will leave the school site. 

3.15pm – School day finishes at normal pick-up time. 

The children (and possibly you!) will need bring a hat, sun cream and water. Picnic blankets are recommended too. 

Children need to come into school wearing their PE kit (and a coloured T-shirt in the colour of their house team). If you are not planning on attending, please ensure your child has a packed lunch or speak to the office if your child is entitled to a free school packed lunch. If you are attending, please bring picnic food to share with your children.
